My best guess is that she kills people and cremate them, hiding the ashes in the sand bags, but that would not be smuggling and more serial killer things >->
I dont really see how she would sort drugs from the sand? So I don't think its that.
Also i learned that a lot of countries have made it illegal to steal sand from their beaches? Which is always interesting to know :Catarismileytonguestickout1sm
